Back and Belly pillow
This is the best pillow ever! I sleep so much better with it. I know it is going to be an even bigger help the bigger I get ( I am only 5 mth. pregnant right now). I would definately recommend this to anyone, especially anyone that is expecting!!
Sleeping on a cloud
I spent a long time reading online reviews for various pregnancy pillows, and was really torn about which one to get. I finally chose the back-n-belly and I am so happy with it! I was nervous about people saying with some pillows they were too flat or too hard, I feel that this one is just right. I feel snuggly and supported, and like that it is both behind and in front of me. Also good for tossing and turning, you don't have to move the pillow. I put one extra thin pillow under the head part since I like my head pretty elevated, but it provides good neck support too. Much better for the second half of my pregnancy!
A pain in the neck - literally
I chose this pillow because it had so many high ratings, but I wish I had read more of the negative reviews first. The main problem is the part where you're supposed to put your neck is shaped badly. Every night, my arm fell asleep and my neck had a painful kink. I had a hard time getting in and out of bed because it's so bulky, and it takes up more than half of a king-sized bed. It helped with my hip pain, but the neck pain was so bad it wasn't worth it.
I also found the cover extremely scratchy; if I'm going to spend this much on a pillow it should come with a soft pillowcase. It's a nightmare trying to take off the cover to wash it because of the weird shape.
That said, I can sometimes prop myself up by sitting in the neck of the pillow with the ends up by my head. That keeps me in a reclining position that prevents the hip pain. But it's so hard to adjust it so my neck is supported that I would rather just have a big wedge pillow.
